This template is your job pitch page — a short, personal link you can share with recruiters or hiring managers. It works best as a cover letter alternative when you want to stand out in a direct message or follow-up.

⚡ Step 1: Duplicate

Click "Duplicate" in the top-right corner of Notion to add this template to your own workspace.

🎨 Step 2: Set tone and style

Go to the Content prompts page. Copy the "Set tone and style" prompt into ChatGPT (or another AI). This defines the voice so everything you generate comes out professional, human, and easy for recruiters to skim.

📂 Step 3: Upload your context

On the same “Content prompts” page, copy the "Upload context" prompt. Paste in:

• The job description
• Your CV
• The company name + link to their “About” page

This gives the AI everything it needs to tailor each section. If anything is missing, it will ask quick clarifying questions before answering.

✍️ Step 4: Fill out each section

Use the section prompts from the Content prompts page to generate content:

• Intro → 2–3 sentences about who you are and why you’re a fit
• How I fit in → Table mapping JD requirements to your proof points
• Relevant work → 1–3 projects linked directly to the role
• Why this company → Show what excites you and how you’ll contribute
• Optional sections (30-60-90, Approach, Soft skills) → Use if you want to go deeper
